   North Carolina doesn’t do their criminal and traffic history through each county, they keep the whole state’s records all together. To request this information go to there is a charge but the information is there. I’m not sure about the marriage records though, the only place that I know where to look for that is the common pleas court. Good luck.

   You can try the county courthouse or search it online.

   There are several sites out there that allow you to search public records.

   I found a site that reviews and compares these sites.

   I’d suggest getting informed before you buy.
