Garico inquired:

If a judge removes or reduces my probation and does ammended documents to remove some language in a court docket is it customary for this information to be updated in the online records also? I am in a situation where a party is not accepting documents as factual even though they are dated after the original entries were made online. Wouldn’t an ammended document dated after the online records supersede them? Also, who does one need to speak to to get online records updated with the most current information? My criminal records search is still pulling up the old information and keeping me from getting jobs.

Most govenment websites post a notice that this is for information only and not to be used as fact, or something to that effect. Any accurate information must be obtained from the appropriate government office.
As far as who to cotact, that information is also on the website.
