I went to rent an apartment, but it said I had a court record of unlawful detainer?

I left the apartment building without getting evicted on my own will, It didn’t show up on my experian public record, but on some safe rent agency screening form. How do I remove this as I searched the court records and stated the case was dismissed?

Get a printout from court records and show it to the landlord. However, anyone with any kind of record like this will be considered high risk tenant and you will have problems renting. You can always offer first and last months rent in addition to your deposit and try to explain what was the case about.
