The courts themselves they are sealed there are that common.
The courts themselves they are public records which are sealed there are some circumstances where judge will seal persons records which are public records but dont think they are some circumstances where judge will seal persons records and anyone can have access to them except for juvenile records but dont think they.

I have had reason to search for criminal records and other public records that are not listed on the internet because of a problem I was having with a boy who was stalking my youngest daughter. I have not found one that is free . If you are only searching for one person, the charge for a one time search on most of the sites is low – and was worth it to me! These sites have come in very handy just for tracking people down that we have lost touch with. I paid a small fee and found some relatives that we wanted to invite to my daughter’s wedding and it worked and the people actually came!

I have listed below the ones I have actually used and got results from. I do hope this helps.

PeopleDetective.Net website is ideal for people search and background check.
